Remote Managed Services

Allow PSM Partners to proactively monitor your systems, perform the necessary maintenance to keep them healthy and handle all the management that happens in between. This can be done remotely, for a flat fee, per device agreement. Additionally, PSM will assign a Manager from our organization to be your primary point of contact. 

Our Monitoring Solution consists of 24X7 examining and alerting related to the health of your systems. Additionally, we will inventory your network assets and provide reports that your assigned PSM Partners Manager can review with you on a regular basis. The goal is to identify an issue before it causes an outage.

Maintenance will be performed regularly and during an approved window so there is no interference with your production. Your servers will be patched, your Anti-virus, Spam, Spyware and backup systems checked keeping your infrastructure secure and up to date.

As management tasks (Moves, Adds and Changes) are requested our Network engineers will:

  • Gain approval if required
  • Perform the request
  • Update any associated documentation
  • Track all steps in our issue management system

Note: If additional assistance is requested, we will leverage one of our subject matter experts or vendor partnerships for the related technology.

Remote Desktop & Mobile Device Management  

Our Desktop and Mobile Device Management Service will ensure that your operating systems and applications are patched, Antivirus is working, applications are packaged, installation procedures are documented, mobile devices are checked-in and your assets are properly inventoried. This can all be done remotely with a flat fee, per device agreement. Additionally, PSM Partners will assign a Manager from our organization to be your primary point of contact. 

Remote Help Desk

Our Help Desk service combines our Chicago based Engineers with a live, U.S. based, 24X7 call center. We train our operators on your end user environment, technologies and processes and create a very detailed “Common issues and resolutions playbook” for them to follow when troubleshooting with your users. All calls are backed by the support of our Engineering staff to ensure seamless resolution of issues.   This low cost, best-in-class service is offered on a flat fee, per user agreement and includes unlimited remote support.

When a client utilizes our Desktop Management Program in conjunction with our Help Desk service, we strive for a minimum of 90% or better related to all of our performance metrics:

  • Telephone pickup – 30 seconds or less – 90%
  • Email Response – 15 minutes or less – 90%
  • First Call Resolution - 90%
  • Escalation when required – 15 minutes or less - 90%
  • Client Satisfaction - 90%
